We collect only what we need to make and ship your print.
What we collect
Your pet photos, your answers about your pet, your email, and the shipping address you give at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
How we use it
To create your portrait, write their words, print and ship your order, and send you order updates. We send marketing email only if you opt in.
Who we share it with
Our print partner receives the print file and your shipping address. Our payment, email and hosting providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Our scheduled cleanup removes unpurchased original photos and portraits once a draft is more than 30 days old. Original photos for ordered prints become eligible for removal 90 days after payment, after shipping or digital delivery. Approved artwork and print files become eligible for removal one year after payment, after shipping or digital delivery. Purchased digital files are privately downloadable for one year from payment. Draft answers and order records are kept separately; email us to request deletion.
Analytics
We measure visits and checkout steps to improve the site.
