Do I need an account?
No. You can create and buy without signing up. We only ask for your email so we can send your order updates.
What photos work best?
One clear photo with your pet's face visible is all we need. Add a couple more for an even better likeness, up to three total. Different angles can help us get every marking right.
Do I see the portrait before I pay?
Yes. You see the finished preview and every line of their words before checkout. Choosing Make it real saves your selection; nothing is printed before payment.
What if it does not look like them?
Free redos before you pay: create up to three versions, including the first portrait. You can also ask a person on our team for help.
What is it printed on?
Gallery canvas, stretched 1.25 inches deep over a wood frame. The paper color wraps around the sides, and it arrives ready to hang, no frame needed.
What sizes are there?
Two sizes, both on gallery canvas. Canvas 18x24 is $119 and our most gifted, great over a couch or bed. Canvas 12x16 is $79, great for shelves, desks and small walls. Shipping in the US is free.
How long does shipping take?
We estimate shipping in 2 to 5 business days and arrival in about 1 to 2 weeks, excluding weekends and US holidays. You see estimated arrival dates before you pay. They are estimates, not guarantees. We email tracking when our print partner confirms shipment.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Add a free gift note before Checkout and enter their US shipping address in Checkout. US shipping is free.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States for now.
What happens to my photos?
We use them only to create your portrait. Photos for portraits that are never ordered are deleted after 30 days.
